Amelia has a strong background in social justice, bargaining (labor management), and alternative dispute resolution, including sitting second chair in an arbitration that resulted in a seven-figure award for a Michelin Star chef.

During her legal studies, she was a regular contributor to the Jury of Peers legal magazine and was deeply involved in advancing women’s issues within the legal field, notably helping spearhead mentorship programs for female law students.

Robert has more than fifteen years of legal experience, including significant trial, appellate, arbitration, bargaining (labor management), and administrative experience.

He is a former Senior Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP; the former General Counsel of Alliance College-Ready Public Schools; and a current Captain in the United States Army Reserve. In addition to representing individuals, he remains committed to representing charter schools in labor relations.
